I was surprised to read in USA Today that highway deaths are down in 35 states - USATODAY.com reports that highway deaths appear to be down. As a busy Jacksonville personal injury attorney, I have not noticed any such decline in accident victims walking through my front door. Florida has yet to release numbers on this state’s fatality rates. Hopefully Florida will follow the trend amongst the other states.
